The Deviant Strikes Again!

The Christmas Spirit has just landed in the Royal Gineses’ kingdom!

Looking for the perfect diversion for the gloominess (aka wretchedness to make it sound fiendish…ha-ha) I have been suffering from for days now, I finished decorating our house today. My sons and I began this annual task yesterday, and we did not finish it due to the migraine which again attacked me. Waking up feeling normal, I faced this work which I have enjoyed ever since.  Giving a temporary face lift to our simple abode would once more give me an opportunity to experiment on my creative juices and let them flow profusely. 

That is why this morning, I did just that. 

I felt wonderful afterwards! Was I tired? Nah. I just love realizing one of my assumed “jobs” once in a while — that of an interior designer.  

Everything that I used was recycled. Nowadays, I have to be practical. 

Now, the best part of my decoration is my avant-garde Christmas tree which boldly reflects my being a deviant.

Digressing from the usual Christmas tree accents, I decided to use all my ethnic fashion accessories. As a personal rule, I always wanted our tree to be unique. This year, I have achieved it again and I feel good about it.  

There is one question though that is bugging me a little right now. Will my husband and three sons like the the product of  my unorthodox mind?  I will soon find out. Hahahahahaha…
