birthday and bizarreness

yesterday, october 30, marked the 15th birthday of my twins, arthur and alexander.

baby twins big
with my vacationing husband, our family was complete to simply celebrate these double gifts of life.
morning, i cooked their favorite pasta for breakfast.
the result was something to rejoice about! after several attempts of cooking carbonara for the past years, i heard the best compliment ever from my husband: “mukhang nagustuhan ko na rin ang carbonara ngayon ah?” (i think i liked carbonara now.) a loyal spaghetti lover, larry’s remark made me feel as if i were also a birthday celebrator. 🙂 yay!
for our afternoon itinerary, our family decided to have an early visit to the resting place of my sister-in-law, sheila, her father, and even ninoy and cory aquino at manila memorial park, paranaque city to avoid the throng of people who will pay respect to their departed loved ones on all saints’ day and all souls’ day.

the cemetery might be a bizarre place to to be  at on one’s birthday, but our twins had been prompted about this schedule. to add, their orientation as regards celebrating birthdays  would never make them expect for something grand – chosen locations included.
anyway, it was the best decision for us to drop by at mmp because as early as yesterday, it was already becoming congested. this made us not tarry anymore.

furthermore, we had another destination to cap the twins’ “private” and “unconventional” birthday celebration. this was sm city in paranaque as suggested by my husband. being an unexplored sm branch in the south, we all agreed to go to this mall. now, our visit to sm city had actually led to a very interesting adventure which happened today, october 31.
at this point, i have to suspend my story. if you got the time tomorrow, you may drop by again and see what wj has in store for you. 🙂 🙂
