ocular update on my unwanted heirloom

april 5, 2010, i had my very first “pictorial” in our new residence in las pinas city with my ethnic tapestry at the background.

mau ethnic

three years, one month and eight days after, a new “model” stood with this collection of mine.

she is my legazpi city-based kumare/friend elvie (nee elvira ayque alejo). her request to have her photo taken with it last may 18 after an overnight stay was perfectly timed.
her pictures gave me a visual update on the increase in number of my ethnic/bohemian/indian accessories! this documentation also served as a reminder to me. i think i have to do an inventory of this “unwanted heirloom”. it’s time to check whether everything is still there and i am maximizing their use. 🙂
yes, got to do it ASAP. come june, i will be back to my teaching job which means to say i will be regularly visiting one of my “treasures” despite being undesired by no less than my three sons.  hahaha.
